Thursday, September 11, 2025, 14:00
INVITED SPEAKER
Takashi Takaki, Ph.D., is Professor and Director of the Electron Microscopy Center at Showa University (Japan). His research focuses on renal pathology, glomerular diseases, and ultrastructural analysis using advanced electron microscopy. He specializes in three-dimensional imaging of subcellular structures to investigate mechanisms of chronic kidney disease and autoimmune nephritis. With expertise in both diagnostic and experimental pathology, Dr. Takaki integrates high-resolution microscopy with immunopathological techniques. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and actively collaborates with international researchers to advance nephropathology and medical imaging.
